DEBORAH AURAN, MA, AMFT, APCC

Deborah is board certified as a National Certified Counselor. She completed her master's degree for dual licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (130748) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (11067) at Palo Alto University. Deborah believes in a solution-focused approach to therapy and has training in trauma-focused CBT, EFT and EMDR. She offers a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment in which you can be guided and supported on your journey towards regular management of life’s daily stressors and challenges.

Deborah also has experience in the areas of reproductive and fertility challenges, surrogacies, marriage, couples, and co-parenting counseling. She has extensive experience with police and fire department personnel, EMS, emergency services, and familiarity and experience working with the members of the armed forces and critical incident stress management. Deborah is employed by and working under the supervision of Dr. Magen Todd, Licensed clinical Psychologist (PSY23665), AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and IITAP Certified Sex Addiction Therapist.
